At Caprianna Parfums we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times and related terms.
Order processing. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details when it is dispatched. Processing may take slightly longer during high-demand periods.
Shipping options and rates. Standard shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days and express shipping at 1–3 business days in select regions. International shipping is available to selected countries, with times varying by destination and customs. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Delivery timeframes. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather or carrier delays, or incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS, which you can use to monitor delivery status at any time.
Shipping restrictions. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO), and some regions restrict perfume shipments due to flammable contents. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment already made.
Lost or delayed packages. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us via the Contact page and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf. Please allow up to 14 business days before reporting a package as lost.
Incorrect address information. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Customs, duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees that apply in their country; these are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
